Woolies

Woolies supplies trim, upholstery and fittings to owners of classic cars. The company sells to both individual enthusiasts and to the motor trade, and most of its sales are made through its worldwide mail ordering service.

When Woolies turned to Xanthos, it needed Xanthos to set up a fully functioning online shopping facility. Woolies also required a site that would be easy for customers to navigate. Above all, hiring Xanthos enabled Woolies to sell directly to customers online for the first time. As a result, Woolies experienced an immediate increase in orders. In the first year after the new website had gone live, increased sales enabled Woolies to achieve a return on investment of 1900%.

Customers have told Woolies that they find the website informative and easy to use. For Woolies, another advantage is that customers only need a very few clicks to get to the items they want to buy.
